I really need to sell this property in Kenner. The property is very much under market value and you could either keep it as a rental property or sell it for a nice profit. I am looking to wholesale this property to an investor paying cash or using hard money.
FYI, my company is Prosperture Realty Investments LLC. We are serious buyers and sellers of investment property nationwide and are family owned and operated. My daughter, Ashley and her family, lives in Kenner, teaches First Grade in the area and serves as my local representative, part time.
I have a local contractor there who gave me a verbal estimate of $20k in repairs, mostly cosmetic. The owner has lived there one and off, between nursing home stays. Let me know if you would like to inspect and make an offer. As you probably know, this is a desirable neighborhood, so the location is another major plus.
Please call us if you would like to consider Master Lease of this property to be used as a Group Home for low income Frail Elderly and the Disable.
