I'm a full time investor in East Tennessee. I'm shopping around for a new general contractor, one who can accurately estimate rehab costs with 5% (barring the unforeseen) and work on a schedule. There will be plenty of business so you must be able to take on new work. If any investors can recommend someone or if you're a GC yourself, please contact me on here and we'll proceed accordingly. I'm searching the forums myself to find someone in middle Tennessee. I'm sorry no one hasn't replied to your post yet! Maybe we need to hit up the local Home Depot or similar. I'll try to let you know what I find!
