I am in need or a financial partner, or a lender that lends under $50k.   Needed now so please contact me if interested.  Have deals but my capital isn't enough.

    Are these properties all in Alabama ?..Would be interested in Louisiana Properties around New Orleans or the Capital Baton Rouge

    @Marvin S. so far all of my deals are under $50k.  But I'm getting good deals.  I want to get at least 3 where I can have either owner financing or Wholesale transactions.  Se if they want to expand to Alabama.  It's a great growing market and I want to be in the mix as it grows.
