I am a new member of BiggerPockets and I'm truly amazed about the quality of information I have reviewed so far. I am a licensed real estate agent in VA,MD and DC, but I'm ready to go to the next level and become an investor. I am interested in starting purchasing properties for flipping at the beginning and eventually buy to hold and rent.
