Michael, do you lend in IN? What is your minimum loan amount? I have two refis for clients, but they are lower amount type loans, properties prob worth about $100K each. thanks, Don

Yes, we do lend in IN. Our minimum loan amount is $45k and our minimum property value is $60k. If the properties are worth $100k we can definitely look at loan on them.
