Seeking 135k I am the current deed holder. I also have a full price offer accepted on the property. The buyer is approved using conventional financing. Need funding asap
@Jason Dye So my understanding here is that your looking for a funding source for your buyer. Is that correct? Can you send me more details about the property and the buyer?
