We've two deals under contract - buy & holds or potential flips - in the 30032 zip near Columbia & Glenwood. Both homes are rent ready (one is currently tenant occupied). Looking for $95k each - ARV on both if completely flipped is around $185,000 - $200,000 each. Rent estimate on each is between $950-$1,100 as-is. Let me know if you'd like more info!
Hi Stephanie, We have comps in the area that have sold, there are also a few rehabs on either the same block or near by that are soon to hit the market at or above 200 which we did not take into account but should make a buyer comfortable at the conservative $185k.
@Michael Kappel : what's the rent like in current condition? Saw your post mention $950-$1,100 as-is but the address you listed shows it's just been rented recently at $895.
