Reduced Indiana Turnkey Rentals (Cap rates 10-16%)
I'm selling my Indiana rentals. Prices have been reduced to sell quickly. Buy one, or buy them as a package. The houses are in good condition and cash flowing with cap rates > 10%. I can refer my property manager if needed.
