Military Looking for Multifamily in Columbia, SC using VA Loan

I'm moving to the Columbia area and I am looking for a Multifamily Duplex, Triplex or Quadplex that I can get using my VA loan. I'd like to stay on the east side of town but am open to looking at anything available.

@Bruce Day I think 240k on your Enoree property may be doable. 1609 Heyward sold for 235k earlier this year and it's very similar in location/rent/size. I have a lot of rentals in that area (Saluda, Waccamaw, Harden, etc) and am always happy to see sales price increases.
