    Ahmad, can you give me a little bit of info on how the assignment would work? Do you require cash or would I be able to use a hard money lender? What is the protocol if I want to view the property?

    @Phillip Vaughan Evening Philip, of course! Purchase can be either cash or hard money. The property is vacant, on a supra, can be viewed anytime. Please feel free to call me anytime to go over everything; 949-217-0759.
