Almost 7000 Square foot Custom home in Gilbert on a large acre + lot that needs finishing touches and utilities. Would cost over a million dollars if built today, high ceilings, two full kitchens, guest room/maids quarters, dedicated home theater room, full library/office with built in cabinets, travertine floors, huge family room, kitchen with large slab granite island, walk-in pantry. Bring your designer and your contractor to finish and bring this great property to life. Just west of the exclusive Whitewing development.
