I am new to Las Vegas and wanted to see how many investors are actively purchasing Buy and Hold properties here in the Las Vegas market. If you could message me, I would love to learn more.  Thank you guys!

    @Gary Crawford  Investors are still buying rentals here.  The numbers don't pencil like they used to though.
