Hey all, got another call ( get 2, 3 a week) PM told client he needs a new C/A condenser ( for a 1200 sq ft prop)  5900!!!!!  complete rip off. Installed  brand new one 2300, Client is now firing the PM co. Client had a CMHA, inspection, it failed, ( they all do) PM co never fixed the repairs, CMHA abated the rent. I got all issues repaired in 3 days, and got the rents reinstated,   Client fired PM Co. Client received an invoice for $13,500, we could the exact same job, $4900   Client leaving PM co. So many are looking for a home run per property, that is not how you build long term relationships,,,,, All the best to everyone,
