I am starting out in the real estate investing.   I am looking for a good real estate agent who knows the Milwaukee, WI area and is willing to represent me on a deal that I am trying to work out to help me to put an offer on the place and tell me if this is or is not a good deal.  Any help or suggestions would be great!  I am excited and nervous on doing this.  I hope an agent would help me a bit.
