Hi, Tim. Yes, it is still currently available. I received a verbal interest but nothing has been signed yet. Are you a Cash Buyer? I need to close on this Monday. You can see it this weekend, but I wouldn't want to waste your time if you're not a Cash Buyer and need to wait for funding.
