Texas Lender - No Loan Minimums
Hi, I comment on Bigger Pockets a lot (and I mean A LOT) and I never posted here before so I thought I would try.
I am a Loan Officer. I have been investing since 2002. I have been lending since 2010. I have been an investor longer than I have been lending money. Currently I work for my employer because of how flexible they are with investors. I know because I use them. We specialize in the 30 year fixed rate loan. So if you are looking to "buy and hold" that's our specialty. They offer things like:
- No loan minimum (I helped someone buy a $22,000 home this month)
- No seasoning on rental income - we use rental income immediately to help you qualify for the loan.
- Low downpayment - 15% down on Single Family Homes most of the time
- No seasoning on title - I can refinance you immediately. I can even "double-close" if needed
- I can lend anywhere in Texas - From Wichita Falls to El Paso to the Valley and everywhere in between.
- We do not sell out mortgages to other banks - you are our customer for the next 30 years!
