ISO Cashout Refinancing in North Carolina

I am in search of a lender who specializes in cashout refinancing. I have a duplex in louisburg NC that I am rehabbing, and would like to cashout and repeat.

Every bank I talk to act like I'm speaking a foreign language!

    @Eric Pinkney We speak your language. As long as the property debt covers (currently not pro forma) and you've owned for 6 months + then we can cash out refinance up to 75% LTV with rates in the 5.5-6.5% range.
