- Currently have two deals under contract and will be closing within two weeks
- I'm requesting $65000 for one deal and $50,000 for the second deal. Expected timeline from acquisition to sale is 6 months.
- Furthermore, I'm seeking a long term (24-36 month) funding deal where monthly interest payments will be made. Total amount I'm seeking for this is $300,000 with a personal guarantee signed (minimum $100,000 accepted for this deal).
