David, I would love to help you in anyway possible. I work heavily with investors and find several off market deals throughout the sub markets of the city.
@David de Luna It really depends on what you're appetite is for rehab/what you're comfortable with location wise. Happy to chat with you. It's a crowded space, but the deals are still there. Less buyers when you get above 4 units.
