Seeking private lender that would lend in Detroit, I have experience and rentals in Detroit, I am seeking to scale up with a little help from anyone interested in lending on buy and hold properties looking to hold loans for 3-5 years.

    Arsen, I have access to hard money, soft money, private money, etc, if you answer the following questions maybe we can help.  Also you mentioned private money, tell me what terms you re looking for.  

    -Your full name: First, Middle, Last

    -Telephone: Office / Cell, email, fax, website if applicable

    -Address: Street,city,state,zip

    -Company name & legal form (Corp, LLC ,etc.)

    -Funding amount requested

    -Down payment amount

    -Property type

    -Property location

    -Executive summary, brief overview

    ( all other project documents will be requested after initial review and expressed interest ).
