LOCATION: The location if perfect – right in the heart of the keys. (Only one hour from Key West perfect for day trips). The Keys are no longer a seasonal destination location. It’s full-time year round destination for everyone wanting to enjoy the Keys. (Just ask all the vacation rental managers).

We are located right on Sombrero Beach Rd. (so guest can walk to the beach) and everyone wants to rent Vacation homes near Sombrero Beach because there are very few beaches in the Keys to enjoy. Both properties are across the street for each other and we can rent the entire 2 houses for larger groups of 30 people. We manage all properties (no middle-man) or management companies they’re rates are too high they have too many other rentals to push and they don’t focus on our investments like we do!

Both Villas is beautifully decorated with 5 star reviews and have been year-round vacation homes for rent for 5-10 years. The Villas both have Ocean view or Waterfront. Heated Large Swimming Pools, Spas, Private Boat dock with lift. Kayaks and fishing pools plus a 27 ft. Catamaran fishing boat for guests to rent. Fenced in backyard, with pool table and other games for guests. Family-friendly Villas that provide the extras for guest with small children or babies Playpen, Highchair, toys. These plush Villa have it all!

2 Mater Bedrooms and Baths with Jacuzzi, 3 King size beds, 3 Queen size beds 2 Twin beds, (all with HD TV sets) Cable TV, fully equipped kitchens, 1 Outdoor fully equipped kitchen, Laundry room, Surround Sound System, BBQ, Bar, 70 ft. Boat Dock, 2 Kayaks, Outside Security Cameras, AC, In Laws Apt. Both have wheelchair accessibly for the downstairs units with plenty of parking for boat trailers and cars.

Each Villa is constructed with Block (CBS) construction with evaluations six – nine feet over flood requirements. And either had any water or wind damage because of the great contraction materials used “no expense was spared to build them right”.

“The house was perfect for our large family of 17! The pool and outdoor area was amazing, everyone had their own space to spread out and even get alone time. The bottom floor (mother in law suite) was great for my parents who couldn’t go up and down the steps. Also would be great if you have kids to get away from the big house. The location is right in the heart of Marathon with Publix, Walgreens and Kmart less than a mile away. The only disappointment with the house is the sulfur smell from the rotten seaweed that is heavy in Florida this year. According to locals the seaweed blows into the canals and has no way to get out. We wouldn’t take the kayaks out in the canal because it looked brown. Also, not sure who should clean the trash around the dock, but it was disgusting and should be cleaned. Overall, my family loved it and we would rent this property again.”

“Awesome house. Looks even better in person than in the pictures. The house is really big. There were plenty of rooms and places to sleep. We had more people come with us that originally planned and we still one extra bed. The pool and spa were huge.”

“This house is beautiful in every room. It was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen as well as the pool area. The pool/hot tub was perfect. And, the set up with the pool billiards table and games kept everyone busy with fun. The beach is beautiful although It would have been nice to have beach chairs on site...hard to bring them on a plane. Our group ranged from college students to 80 year olds and all had a great stay.”

“Our family of 13, including 5 children under the age of 4, just spent a fantastic week at one of the most beautiful homes we have ever visited! Even though the pictures are marvelous, they don't even do this home justice. Such care has been taken in every aspect of the house, furnishings and decor. The outdoor entertaining area was perfect, and most of our days were spent eating, drinking, and playing in, and around, the lovely pool! We were even able to book a family photo shoot on Sombrero Beach, just a short distance down the road!”

“There were 13 of us, 9 adults and 4 children 12 through 16. We had a blast, the home was more then we could have ask for. It was lovely, spacious, convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The pool was just wonderful, plenty of space to lounge and spread out. There were charter boats near by for fishing, and snorkeling, both of which we did. Total of about 100 were caught and of them 60 were keepers, and had them for dinner---nothing like fish caught and cooked the same day! It was less than an hour drive to Key West, great places to eat, shop, and just walk around.

In closing, it was the best vacation with our family we ever had, and everyone agreed on that!”
