A 2br 1BA property with large fenced in lot that is vacant. It's waiting for ME to buy and rent it!
I have vetted renters. I have a willing seller. I am going to keep this home as a rental, and sublease other buildings on the property. There is NO loss in this deal!

Yes, I worked this deal a bit back wards. I found my renters that want to rent the property, and THEN worked out the purchase price! I just want the deal done before the price goes up!
