Hello Again All,
I am currently invested in two rental properties in the Pensacola, FL area, and am looking to acquire one more within the next year. With that, I will also be moving away from the area and am looking for a trustworthy and reliable property manager to oversee the properties in my absence. I have queried this forum before with great success and now would like to do the same again.
If you happen to know of a property manager who you've worked with and who currently operates in that area, would you mind sending me a referral?

@Jonathan T Harned and @Jorge Lopez, I've worked with Rob Brooks Realty and his property management team for over 10 years now with multiple properties and they've always done a great job. They now manage quite a lot of single-family homes in the area. I'd highly recommend checking them out if you're still looking.
@Jonathan T Harned how are you I live in Pensacola I’m a new real estate investor looking for a property manager as well if I found a good one I will let you know I’m about to buy a deal but I need a lender !!

Second this. I've worked with Rob and his team in my current role, and they have been great. Well-known and respected in both Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach. They recently launched a separate website for PM services.https://robbrookspropertymanagement.com/
I do have a great PM I work with in Pensacola. Care Realty, owned by JC Cardwell. Since renting in Pensacola, I've gone through one bad PM, did a ton of due diligence on the second and can't be happier. These guys walk their talk and have made my life amazing. Highly recommended.
Also, if you need a broker, please try Riki Hasty. He negotiated a deal for me that I'm just now closing, locking me in at 2.5% fixed for 30. Again, super easy to work with and doesn't mind both teaching and explaining when I (a newbie) had a question or six.
