Hi everyone, I have a problem tenant who has been paying rent later and later every month. he still hasn't paid Novembers rent and now we're in December. I'm new to this and I've never had an eviction. Somebody told me to get an eviction lawyer. Does anyone know a good eviction lawyer in Orange County California? Do I find one based on Google reviews?! Yelp?! Any advice would be great, thank you

@Som Jafari have you had a conversation with him about your expectations? Communication is very important in managing tenants. I would find out why he continues to be late. Are you charging him a late fee? Have you served him with a 15 day notice to pay or quit. This sometimes will tell the tenant your serious. If that does not work you can give him a 60 day notice to vacate. I would not wait the entire period of time, but what you are looking for is Communication and engagement. You can do all of with minimal costs. If this does not work then reach out and I can connect you with my eviction attorney (last resort.)
