Has anyone used this service.
I have not used this one so I tired it and I am a bit perplexed at the results.
Credit score = 651...OK not good, not bad, nothing to scare me away.
No criminal history no bankruptcies.
No 30, 60, 90 days late.
No eviction records.
BUT six collections all within last two years. All seems to be credit cards, total of around $5000.
Applicant said she moved out of town for a while but was not able to find work, and has moved back and now living with a friend. She told me this prior to filling out application.
DOES have a job now that's 2x rent - verified.
With six collections, tenantbackgroundsearch.com official recommendation is a go "...they meet the credit requirements for the property. No additional conditions should be necessary other than standard deposit..."
I tried to call a prior landlord today but got voice mail, will try again tomorrow.
But it was surprising to me that TBS will recommend to rent with six recent collections.
