Credit cards for real estate investors

Looking for a recommendation for the best value credit cards available (e.g home depot etc.) for real estate owners/landlords. Spending around ~12k$ a year in property maintenance, repairs, cleaning and supplies. Thank you.

I like the Ink Business Unlimited zero interest for 12 months credit cards from chase. No annual fees and they are running a $900 cash back offer right now! I used these for a few flips last year and paid them off from the profits of the flips a couple months ago. Worked brilliantly. Link is here:

I haven't used these but thought I would share another link with 0% intro APR cards:

I have a pro xtra commercial revolving charge card from Home Depot and Lowes for Pros card as well. They are fine but nothing to write home about. I've found what chase has to offer to be far superior when it comes to the terms and also rewards.

    @Elvis Nasi I personally love American Express in general. Their consumer protections like return policy and extended warranty you get from just using the card is so easy to deal with when you actually need it.

    I also like “credit card churning”. Basically if I have a big purchase coming up, I sign up with a no annual fee card that has a sign up bonus and view it as a discount. I pay the statement off all the way as if I used cash to avoid interest and then I get the points or 200 dollars back. It’s kinda like couponing but to me it’s worth it.

    I use Chase cards.

    Check out Travel Freely website. It's completely free and they have a short training program that educates you on how to maximize points. Then they recommend the best card options to meet your goals.
