Hi @Greg Filipkowski... I would advise against that. Are you, as the landlord, providing the wifi in hopes to have both homes covered by 1 router. That sounds like a nightmare for tenants, but if the houses are attached to each other it may make more sense - just have the tenants agree and split the cost in the middle.
Alternatively, you could also look into a wifi signal booster in both homes OR you could also get more than one router for the same connection (Verizon does this)
