    Hi Gloria, I have a 3 unit in NY that I pay $1500 annually to insure. Ask your realtor to recommend an insurance agent. They’ll be able to help you find a plan that works best for you.

    Many listings show expenses like insurance & utilities, or you can ask the agent of a live listing for insurance costs, or you can ask your current agent.

     It's impossible to answer this without actually getting quotes.  Pricing can vary greatly even for "similar" properties.

    @Gloria Isabel Padron My 4-plex in NH went from about $1100 to around $1800 this year.
