Renting to residential daycare owners

    Yep. I hope you verified their license and insurance, added yourself as "additional insured" on their policy, checked zoning, and are prepared for additional wear-and-tear.

    I personally don't allow it anymore because it always turned out bad. If you charge enough, it may be worth the hassle. Most daycare operators are not high-level business people and they don't earn enough to make it worth the trouble.

    Yes I’ve done all that. So far, it’s be great.
