Feedback on using Avail for screening, lease agreements & rent collection

Hi all, 

If you use Avail currently or in the past, could you please provide feedback as I'm thinking about using them for tenant screening, lease agreements and rent collection.  Appreciate it.

    Hi. I've been using Avail for the past four years and I really like it. I pay $9 a month for the upgraded subscription. It's very user friendly and makes diy property management easy. I hope that helps some.
