Sobriety program / Guaranteed rent paid

Hello,

I recently listened to a podcast with Mindy and Scott. Sept 10 Episode # 562 This couple was on who purchases homes and then rent them out to a sobriety program. The rent is guaranteed by other tenants, the regional chapter or the state will pay the rent.

I've tried to Google and figure out what sobriety program this is. I did send a message through Instagram to Mindy, but I don't think she was active. Is there anyone that could help me find this information or maybe post another forum?
