Our lease agreement has language in it that mandates the tenant includes the Landlord as an Additional Insured and our management company as an Additional Interest on their policy. We get copy of the policy prior to issuance of keys. No correct policy with those AI's listed on the policy=No keys dispersed=No Moving into the Home. This also alerts us to any cancellation of the policy.
