Question on Tenant name change
Hi All,
I have a tenant who is getting married and wants to add her husband to the lease. In addition to this, she will be changing her legal name. This is the first time I've encountered this as a landlord. How should I handle this? Would this be a lease amendment, new lease with new names for remainder of the lease term? Or are there any special forms for this? Thanks in advance!
