Zillow Rental Account got hacked

I discovered today that my Zillow Rental Account has been hacked. At first, I had trouble logging in, so I reset my password. I was able to log in with the new password, but when I tried to access applications, I received an error message stating the information was only accessible under an email account that I don’t recognize.

When I attempted to list my property for rent, I got another error message saying I don’t have access to do so. I’ve tried calling Zillow (but couldn’t find a working phone number) and emailed their customer service, but I haven’t received any response yet.

I’m very concerned because in the past I personally experienced scammers reposting my property listing on other websites, pretending it was theirs and asking people for deposits. I need to resolve this account issue ASAP to prevent that kind of fraud!

Has anyone else experienced something similar with Zillow? Were you able to successfully get in touch with their customer service?
