Should I rent to group home?
I have a 3 bedroom house for rent. Someone contacted me asking to see it to use as a group home for mentally challenged adults. She mentioned that there are always workers there (first, second, and third shift). This would obviously be for a very long rental as if one person moved out they would "fill the bed" immediately. While I love the idea of long term renters, I was wondering if anyone else had experience with this.
