Business licenses and Compliance

Hi all-

I've got a few rentals (long-term and STR) and have heard something disturbing about lack of business licenses in the industry. Long story short, I'm hearing that if I don't have all the licenses I need per location, it may impact my insurance/ lending situation (eg void my insurance). Talked to someone who uses @turbotenant and they have a solution for this.
