Housing for Veteran's Families

Have a large SFH 5 bedroom 2 bath house in Bristol Borough, PA - outside of Philadelphia.

Attempted to make it a rent by room and the zoning board turned that down.

Attempted to find insurance companies for families displaced by fires, flood etc and that went nowhere either.

Last attempt is renting to veterans.   It has to be a family, can not rent to individuals per the zoning board.

If anyone knows of who to contact as far as veterans or insurance companies, it would be greatly appreciated.

Why don't you just do a long term rental?
