I know that there are services out there that will do that for a percentage of the the savings. I just don't have the time to learn how to do that and willing to pay the price.

I know this is an old thread, but I'll throw it out there anyways.
Try taxprotest.me. For $20 this service fills the forms automatically, and all u have to do is print, sign, and send to the appraisal district. If u do not plan to be at the hearing physically, u also need to notarize the "Affidavit of Evidence to the ARB" form, which the website also fills out automatically for you, and send together with the protest form. Works like a charm!! I know a few people who used this service, and they were all happy with the results.
