I'm looking to find out some information about where those of you who self manage or are involved in property management, you get your rental applications. Do they come from sites online, do you create them yourself? What about applications for properties you manage at a distance? Is it all with paper applications that are scanned and faxed back and forth? Thanks in advance for your help!
We started with a draft from our local RPOA office and customized it over the years. We manage hundreds of properties and we offer both paper and online applications. If we have to print the application and process it manually we charge more for this, thus encouraging them to complete it online. =)
