cash out mortgage or line of credit
i have 2 rentals i bought cash under my LLC . and i right now I'm buying 4 more houses cash with funds i took out of my credit cards to buy these houses cash. The rental properties are my only source of income. I will like to get a cashed out mortgage or a line of credit base on the rental i make yearly any tips thank you.
P.s my credit use to be 780 but since i took the funds out my score drop to 560. ill like to put on mortgage or line of credit so i can pay my credit cards and get a high score again. and happen my bills with ease
