A renter intentionally set a fire Friday night at his landlords' house and left his decapitated pet boa constrictor at their bedroom door:

Just one more reason that I would NEVER live in a multi-unit with my tenants!!! Furthermore, I would NEVER give the tenant's my address.

Yikes. As Mike said, that is certainly one reason to keep your business separate from your personal life. No one wants crazy tenants pulling crap like that on their property, let alone their home.

Lol - funny you should mention that. I just put mine up for sale. I'm tired of the bullsh--. When it's not something crazy, it's something stupid.

this would have been hilarious if the snake killed the guy while he was trying to decapitate it.

how can you fail to cause extensive damage when you set a house on fire with gasoline. wow this guy really sucks at life.

and how do you develop that much animosity toward your landlord in just... 2 months

Wow that is just crazy, poor snake thought geeze. Yes I would never give my home address to tenants EVER. Business remains business.
