When I don't just go to Lowes and use their in stock carpet on the back wall, I use Reardon's Carpet 5563 S Belmont Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46217. They are reasonable, have a wide selection and install themselves.
@James Burton How much do you need? We replaced the carpet in our house with laminate and pulled the carpet up. It's just sitting in our garage currently as I didn't know what to do with it. It's in pretty decent shape, but the wife didn't want carpet anymore, you know how it is ha.

@Rodney Kuhl, Thanks for the offer Rodney. I've been talking to some BP friends offline and everyone's getting rid of carpet if they can. My house has decent hard woods so we're going to try to save them. @Greg Bieberich Thanks for the info Greg I know where that place is but have never been inside. I'll have to price check them.
If you are looking for 'cheap' carpeting, the local Menards has sales alot (and some sales even includes the padding for free after rebate if you buy it with carpet). Plush can be has for about $.60 a sq ft when on sale.
