Hi, I am just getting ready to start. My interest is in buying rentals (single family homes, condos) in southwest Florida (Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs). I wondered if there are people on here with experience in this location. I am still in the process of trying to find communities that make financial sense. With HOA fees varying so much and the seasonal nature of the communities it is a bit daunting. Any advice would be much appreciated.
