I have been hearing some very negative feedback on this corporate home rental company, American Homes 4 Rent.

I came across this article regarding their alleged poor customer service.

Anyone had any personal experience with this company?

Is this good or bad for us investors renting homes out?

@Victor P. you are going to have good and bad in every corner of business. AH4R is a good company, but has tried to internalize their management around the US, and unfortunately the service has been lacking. Keep doing what your doing! We are all here for the long haul.
