LINC and CITYFEPS - any New York landlords have experience?
My tenants in my 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in the Bronx are moving out unexpectedly today, so I am looking for new tenants. I have had many people respond asking if I take LINC or CITYFEPS. I'm thinking about whether I should consider taking LINC or CITYFEPS. Does anyone here have experience with either? I am afraid it could be more difficult to evict a tenant on one of these programs, and these tenants might be more likely to trash my place.
