maintenance contract thoughts

I am looking for some tips or ideas from either contractors or pm's. I have 6 units an I am looking to see if anyone uses maintenance contracts with a handyman or contractor with a set hourly fee, to do all maintenance and turnovers. obviously there would be a minimum say 1.5 hour per call for little things of sort. Let me know what you think.

That's a lot for six units. If they are.in decent condition I would just hire someone hourly as the need arises.
