I need a Good and Reasonable Property Management Company in MI

Does anyone here either own or know of a good property management company for Wayne and Oakland County? I own a 3 bed rental in Harper Woods, MI (Grosse Pointe School District), and I will be moving out of state soon and also want to rent out my 2 bed in Madison Heights and will need that managed as well.

@Josh Sterling from Epic Property Management has been doing a good job for me.

Hey @Bobby H.
I can't recommend a property management company in your area but I can share this website with you that may help you find one.
I reached out 50+ PMs in the area I was looking for and got answers immediately. The way I filtered them was by posing the questions our BP member posted on his blog a while back.
Cheers, hope that helps, Ken
