Jeff Rabinowitz

Jeff began his professional career as a Nuclear Pharmacist in 1982. He has worked in many different pharmacy settings. Experience: Jeff obtained his Real Estate license in 2003, several years after beginning a career as a real estate entrepreneur. He currently owns a portfolio of single family homes, building lots, and a share in a multi family building. He has rehabbed homes to hold and resell. He has purchased several REO's, has participated in numerous short sales and flips, and a couple new construction projects. He has funded over $4,000,000 of real estate transactions as a private lender. Jeff chronicles much of his real estate activity on his Bigger Pockets blog titled "Confessions of a Private Lender".
