Recently a local investor has reached out to us to market and show his property. We are not going to be managing the property, and therefore have to make a new contract for this agreement. Does anyone have or know of how to get a general template of a tenant finders' fee agreement? All help is appreciated!
We use the California Realtor Association forms for our agreements. They have a specific form for listing and not managing the property. Maybe your state has something similar?
I'm assuming that you are a licensed agent, I would write it up as a listing on a Listing Agreement.
I prefer to have answers before someone asks the question. If you rush to provide the service, there's a better chance of biting off more than you can chew.
