Leasing Finders Fee Agreement template?

Hey Guys,

Recently a local investor has reached out to us to market and show his property. We are not going to be managing the property, and therefore have to make a new contract for this agreement. Does anyone have or know of how to get a general template of a tenant finders' fee agreement? All help is appreciated!

I'm assuming that you are a licensed agent, I would write it up as a listing on a Listing Agreement.

We use the California Realtor Association forms for our agreements. They have a specific form for listing and not managing the property. Maybe your state has something similar?
